Infrastructure AI (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This summary explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
You give us: your name, business email, phone number, company name, and any additional details you agree to share when you request a demo (such as building address, number of buildings, square footage) or contact us.
We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device info, pages viewed, publicly available information, and cookie data when you use and/or contact our site.
From third parties: business contact information from marketing partners, enrichment providers, and platforms like LinkedIn.
If you subscribe to our service and/or retain us, we may request specific information and details about your buildings and/or infrastructure, such as size of buildings, type of HVAC systems, existing management of the buildings, and cost savings (actual and projected).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our site. Customer data is stored in the region that a customer requests. We have the ability to export customer data.
We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics activity may count as “sale” or “sharing” under U.S. state laws — you can opt out below.
We protect your information by restricting access to our servers and computers and by requiring those with access to execute confidentiality agreements (unless a governmental authority compels production). We also use encryption, access controls, and vendor due diligence to safeguard your data.
Infrastructure AI is based in the United States. If you’re in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the U.S. under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

To exercise any right, email us at privacy@infrastructureai.org. We’ll generally respond within 30–45 days for standard privacy requests, data requests, and issues under consumer privacy laws (CCPA/GDPR), or for requests to download or delete your data.
We will generally respond within 72 hours if we are advised that breaches or life-safety emergencies are involved, action is required for regulatory compliance or an urgent risk, someone is in danger, or you advise us that you have been hacked.
We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.
We keep personal information only as long as you are subscribed to our service and/or retain our services. If you terminate your agreement with us and/or ask to be deleted or removed, we will do so. Deletion or removal will generally occur within 30–45 days of the termination of your agreement and/or your request. The only exception is where legal requirements mandate otherwise, in which event we will comply with those requirements.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
