Building the Operating System
for Global Infrastructure

Infrastructure AI is building the Galaxy Agentic Operating System — the platform that transforms $100 trillion in global infrastructure from manually operated assets into autonomous, self-optimizing, economically active systems.

Built on Real-World Infrastructure Experience

Infrastructure AI’s capabilities and expertise have been shaped by decades of work across large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments that keep economies running.

Our team’s collective background includes major transportation centers, smart campuses, data center and digital infrastructure, life-safety networks, and global real estate portfolios — environments where performance, uptime, interoperability, and operational accountability are not optional. The company’s founders bring 40+ years of experience in building automation and infrastructure engineering, including development of the platform that manages Dubai Airport — the world’s busiest airport — the first large-scale data center in the Middle East, and the largest education campus in the world.

That experience showed us a persistent problem: most buildings and infrastructure systems still operate through fragmented controls, disconnected data, and static workflows that limit efficiency and slow decision-making.

It also showed us that owners and operators do not need more dashboards — they need an intelligence layer that can connect systems, interpret data in context, and help operations improve continuously over time.

From Infrastructure Scale to Autonomous Operations

The foundation for Infrastructure AI comes from years of working on complex programs where diverse systems had to function as one unified operating environment.

Across campuses, portfolios, and high-demand facilities, that meant integrating equipment from different manufacturers, managing distributed assets in real time, and building platforms capable of supporting continuous operations at scale.

Those lessons directly inform how Infrastructure AI’s platform is built today. The company’s Galaxy Agentic Operating System (GAOS) is designed to connect with existing infrastructure, normalize data across protocols and manufacturers, and create the operational foundation for digital twins, AI agents, and autonomous optimization — without requiring disruptive rip-and-replace projects.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that the future of infrastructure will be layered onto the systems already running the built environment. By adding intelligence to existing assets, owners and operators can move faster, reduce friction, and unlock measurable gains in energy performance, maintenance, uptime, and visibility.

From Automation to Autonomy

Infrastructure AI exists to bring the next operating model to the market: one that helps buildings and portfolios move from reactive management to continuous optimization, and from disconnected systems to intelligent, scalable operations.

What began in large infrastructure programs is now being applied to a broader mission — building the operating system for autonomous buildings and, over time, the connected infrastructure ecosystems around them.

Infrastructure AI’s team understands that infrastructure is the largest asset class on Earth. Our mission is to give it an intelligent, autonomous operating system that any owner or operator can start using today — and to connect that intelligence directly to the economic value of the assets themselves. That allows owners and operators to unlock faster adoption, lower disruption, and a clearer path from disconnected systems to scalable autonomous operations.

Our ambition is practical as much as it is bold. We are translating lessons learned from large infrastructure programs into connected, intelligent environments that can scale from a single asset to a campus, district, or city.
